Remote Pharmacist - Montana

Location: Remote (Montana Based)
Schedule/Hours:

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST
  Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Manage the full billing lifecycle: charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and denial resolution
• Utilize CareTend software to support billing workflows, documentation, and reimbursement tracking
• Review payer requirements to ensure all infusion therapies, supplies, and related services are billed correctly
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and denials promptly
• Communicate effectively with payers, patients, and internal teams to ensure accurate billing information

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home infusion billing and claims processing
• Proficient in using CareTend software for billing and reimbursement tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage claims in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multiple stakeholders
