Telepharmacist in MT

A healthcare nonprofit organization based in Montana is seeking a Pharmacy Billing & Reimbursement Specialist to support its home infusion pharmacy services remotely. This temp-to-hire position offers a structured 8-5 or 7-4 MST schedule and is ideal for candidates with experience in telepharmacy billing and reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage the entire billing lifecycle, including charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and resolution of denied or rejected claims.
• Utilize CareTend software to support billing workflows, documentation, and reimbursement tracking.
• Review payer requirements to ensure compliant billing for infusion therapies, supplies, and related services.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues promptly.
• Communicate clearly with payers, patients, and internal teams to ensure accurate and complete billing information.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in home infusion billing and claims management.
• Proficiency with CareTend software is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Location: This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Montana, with flexibility to work from home while supporting patient-centered home infusion pharmacy services.

Schedule/Hours:

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST or
• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST
