A remote opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Billing & Reimbursement Specialist based within Montana, offering a temp-to-hire position with defined work hours from 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM MST. This role supports home infusion therapy services through meticulous management of pharmacy billing and reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Oversee the full billing lifecycle including charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and denial resolution.
• Utilize CareTend software to manage billing workflows, documentation, and track reimbursements effectively.
• Review and adhere to payer-specific requirements for infusion therapies, supplies, and related services.
• Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement challenges promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with payers, patients, and internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home infusion billing and claims processing.
• Proficiency in using CareTend software is required.
• Strong understanding of payer requirements related to infusion therapy billing.

Location:

• Fully remote position, candidate must be based in Montana.

• Flexible daytime shifts: 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM MST.
