Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues promptly
Communicate effectively with payers, patients, and internal teams to maintain accurate billing information

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of home infusion billing and claims experience
Proficiency with CareTend (required - candidates without CareTend experience will not be considered)
Strong understanding of payer requirements specific to home infusion therapies
Ability to meet productivity metrics in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Willingness to train team members and invest in long-term organizational growth

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Fully remote position for Montana-based candidates
Join a nonprofit organization with a longstanding mission centered on patient-centered, home-based care
Work alongside a tight-knit billing team known for long tenure and dedication
Temp-to-hire pathway offering long-term career stability

If you have the home infusion billing background and the CareTend experience we are looking for, we want to hear from you.
