Remote Pharmacist - Montana

Location: Remote (Montana Based)
Schedule:

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST
  Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting
• Manage the complete billing cycle including charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and resolution of denials or rejections
• Utilize CareTend software to support billing workflows, documentation, and reimbursement tracking
• Review and ensure compliance with payer requirements related to infusion therapies, supplies, and associated services
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and reimbursement issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with payers, patients, and internal teams to maintain accurate billing information

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in home infusion billing and claims processing
• Proficiency with CareTend software is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage complex billing tasks and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
