Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shifts
Responsibilities
• Verify chemotherapy orders and treatment protocols
• Manage oncology medication therapy and adverse effects
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses during clinical rounds
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Support clinical trials and oncology protocol development
Requirements
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Ability to obtain a California Pharmacist license
• PGY2/fellowship in oncology, or significant oncology clinical specialist experience
• BCOP preferred
