A private practice is seeking a board-certified Radiation Oncologist for a full-time, permanent role at a highly organized and fast-paced center. This established group features a dedicated team of experienced therapists and female physicians, all passionate about providing the highest level of patient care. Physicians considering this opportunity should expect a stimulating caseload, advanced technologies, and a supportive environment that values efficient workflows and collaboration.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, permanent schedule
  • Some call required (to be discussed during the interview)
  • 45+ patients per day

Key Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Radiation Oncologist
  • Trained and credentialed in the U.S. (domestic education and experience required)
  • Minimum several years of post-training clinical experience (no new grads, retirees, or individuals with only foreign experience)
  • Born and raised in the Southeast strongly preferred
  • Proven success operating in busy, high-volume settings
  • Experience using Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, Elekta Synergy, and Aria EMR

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care for a diverse oncology patient population
  • Manage treatment planning and delivery with advanced linear accelerators and EMR systems
  • Collaborate with a skilled team in a rapid-paced environment
  • Participate in call rotation as required
  • Commit to limited time off due to clinic needs
  • Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and patient communication
