Radiation Oncologist | Columbia, South Carolina

A leading, highly organized private practice is seeking a dynamic Radiation Oncologist to join their exceptional team in a busy, modern cancer care center. The facility is equipped with Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, and Elekta Synergy machines and utilizes Aria EMR. The site is known for delivering outstanding care and is staffed by highly experienced therapists and a supportive female physician group.

Position Highlights & Requirements:

• Direct-hire, full-time permanent opportunity (not accepting travelers/locums)
• 2026 start date; interview scheduling available immediately
• Two rounds of interviews required; both must be in-person (spouses/loved ones are encouraged to attend for a meet and greet)
• Fast-paced environment; must be comfortable managing 45+ patients per day
• Previous domestic Radiation Oncology experience is required. No retirees, new grads, or foreign-trained candidates considered; preference for those born and raised in the Southeast
• Experience with Varian and Elekta systems highly preferred
• Proficiency in Aria EMR
• Some call required (details discussed during interview)
• Must have a proven track record working with limited time off in busy clinical settings
