A well-established private practice is seeking a dedicated Radiation Oncologist with proven expertise working in high-volume clinical environments. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a projected start date in 2026. The center offers a highly organized setting, serving over 45 patients per day, and features advanced technology, including Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, Elekta Synergy machines, and Aria for EMR. The existing team is a collaborative group of highly experienced female physicians and therapists, many of whom have over a decade of tenure.

Schedule/Hours

  • Full-time, perm placement only (not open to travelers)
  • Some call required (call schedule to be discussed in interview)
  • Limited time off (ideal for candidates ready to engage fully in a busy practice)

Qualifications

  • Board-certified Radiation Oncologist with active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
  • Significant experience working with high daily patient volumes and fast-paced clinics
  • Comfortable operating Varian and Elekta technology
  • Domestic training and credentials required; candidates must have been born, raised, and trained within the United States, ideally in the Southeast region
  • Minimum several years of post-training practice experience (no new graduates, retirees, or internationally trained candidates)
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative practice
  • Ability to commit to in-person interviews (two rounds required; spouses/loved ones encouraged to attend for meet & greet)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality radiation oncology care using state-of-the-art equipment
  • Collaborate with a close-knit and experienced clinical team
  • Maintain high standards of documentation using Aria EMR
  • Participate in call schedule as required
