An opportunity is available for a board-certified Radiation Oncologist seeking a long-term role in a dynamic, private practice environment. This direct hire position offers a full-time, permanent role as part of a highly organized, fast-paced center renowned for excellence in patient care and advanced cancer treatment technology.
Key Qualifications:
- MD or DO, board-certified in Radiation Oncology (no foreign degrees or overseas experience considered)
- Several years of experience in domestic, high-volume U.S. clinical settings (no new grads or retirees)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in busy environments, managing a high patient load (45+ patients per day)
- Previous work with teams of experienced therapists preferred
- Familiarity with advanced systems such as Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, Elekta Synergy, and working within the Aria EMR platform
- Willingness and ability to participate in a rotating call schedule (to be discussed during interview)
Role Overview:
- Provide radiation therapy services within a private, highly efficient practice
- Collaborate with a cohesive team of female physicians and long-tenured therapists
- Manage complex oncology cases utilizing state-of-the-art technology
- Maintain excellent patient communication and documentation through Aria EMR
- Participate in call coverage as needed for comprehensive care
