Schedule & Interview Process
- Full-time, permanent role (not open to travelers or temporary candidates)
- Some call required; the rotation and flexibility will be discussed during interviews
- Two in-person interviews required; candidates encouraged to bring spouses or loved ones for a meet and greet
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Board certification in Radiation Oncology
- Must have been born and raised in the southeast, with all academic credentials and professional experience obtained domestically
- At least several years of recent experience practicing radiation oncology in the United States (no new graduates, retirees, or candidates with foreign credentials or training)
- Previous work within a fast-paced, high-volume oncology center preferred
- Proficient in using Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, and Elekta Synergy technologies; familiarity with Aria EMR
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of over 45 patients per day, delivering comprehensive radiation therapy services in a rapid, organized clinical environment
- Participate in rotating call duties as assigned
- Collaborate with a cohesive, supportive team to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Maintain meticulous documentation and care coordination using Aria EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual compensation between $320,000 and $410,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package
