Radiation Oncologist - Lexington, South Carolina

Step into a highly organized, fast-paced environment with a dynamic group of female physicians and experienced therapists specializing in Radiation Oncology. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity within a reputable private practice known for its advanced technology and collaborative clinical team. The center operates with cutting-edge equipment, including Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, and Elekta Synergy, utilizing Aria for EMR. With more than 45 patients per day, each team member plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Schedule/Role Details:

• Full-time, perm placement
• Some call required; call schedule discussed during interviews
• Two in-person interview rounds (spouses/loved ones encouraged at meet & greet)
• Hire date planned for 2026
• Credentialing process: 30-60 days

Qualifications:

• Board-certified Radiation Oncologist with at least several years of domestic, southeast US-based clinical experience
• US-based education and training only; candidates with international credentials or experience will not be considered
• Not open to new graduates or those with solely foreign experience
• Demonstrated success managing high patient volumes in a busy clinical setting
• Strong desire for long-term, consistent employment with limited time off
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a close-knit, collaborative team

• Provide radiation oncology care using state-of-the-art technology
• Manage a demanding patient caseload while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Participate in shared call coverage
