A highly organized, fast-paced private radiation oncology practice is seeking a skilled, experienced Radiation Oncologist to join a dedicated team of seasoned therapists and female physicians. This full-time direct hire opportunity is designed for a candidate who thrives in dynamic clinical settings and demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care. The site utilizes modern equipment, including Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, and Elekta Synergy, with Aria as the electronic medical record system. Candidates should be prepared to engage in a collaborative environment with a significant patient volume and participate in a call rotation (discussed during interviews).

Schedule/Hours

• Perm/full-time employee only (not considering locums or travelers)

Qualifications

• Board-certified Radiation Oncologist with domestic clinical experience (no retirees, no foreign medical graduates, no new grads)
• Medical degree and training completed in the United States
• Born and raised in the southeast preferred
• Proven ability to manage a patient volume of 45+ per day in a busy environment
• Experience using Varian and Elekta platforms and Aria EMR system
• Willingness to commit to limited time off
• Able to complete credentialing within 30–60 days

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive radiation oncology care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up
• Work closely with a team of experienced therapists and physicians
• Operate Varian and Elekta treatment machines in a high-volume setting
• Participate in call coverage as part of the clinical team (schedule discussed during interviews)
