A highly respected private oncology practice is seeking a dedicated Radiation Oncologist with proven experience and a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. This full-time, direct hire position will become available in 2026 and offers the unique opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of seasoned, female physicians and expert therapists in a highly organized, fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Board certified in Radiation Oncology (US education and training only)
- Minimum several years of domestic clinical experience—no foreign education or training, no new graduates, no retirees
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in high-volume centers (45+ patients per day)
- Experience operating and troubleshooting Varian Halcyon, Truebeam, Elekta Versa, and Elekta Synergy systems
- Familiarity with Aria EMR and advanced radiological protocols
- Preference for candidates born and raised in the Southeast US region
- Willingness to participate in shared call duties (schedule to be discussed at interview)
- Limited planned time off given patient volume
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized patient care, including treatment planning, consultations, and follow-up assessments
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to optimize workflow and maintain streamlined processes
- Participate actively in daily operations to ensure delivery of timely and effective treatments
- Stay current with evolving best practices in radiation oncology
