Key Qualifications:

• Licensed and registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT)
• Demonstrated experience in radiation therapy, ideally in a hospital or clinical setting
• Proficiency utilizing Varian iX clinac and/or Varian TrueBeam platforms essential
• Familiarity with Aria/Eclipse systems required
• Experience with VisionRT products considered a bonus
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to different machines and workflows as needed
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to treatment delivery

Schedule & Location:

• Contract role—specific assignment length will be discussed during the hiring process
• You will cover float shifts across locations in the greater Fort Worth area, with your primary focus on the Arlington, TX region

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately deliver prescribed radiation treatments utilizing Varian iX clinac or TrueBeam systems
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to ensure optimal care plans
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment prior to each session; verify patient identity and procedure specifics
• Maintain precise, up-to-date documentation within the Aria/Eclipse system
• Monitor patients for side effects and provide support throughout their treatment experience
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
• Maintain flexibility when floating between locations, adapting to varying workflows and equipment
