Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift, 5x8-hour (08:00 – 17:00)

Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Current BLS certification
• AART certification
• CRT credential
• Experience in routine and specialized radiation treatments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and patient assessment skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate radiation therapy treatments based on physician-directed protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy equipment; coordinate repairs as needed
• Assist physicians in various simulation procedures and provide clear, calming patient education
• Mentor students and new therapists, fostering a supportive learning environment
• Maintain precise, organized patient records and manage clerical tasks such as appointment scheduling
• Adhere to ALARA principles, ensuring a safe environment for patients, families, and staff
• Calibrate and inspect equipment, maintaining quality control standards
