You'll be working with advanced technology and contributing to a high-volume, fast-paced team providing essential oncology services.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday; potential occasional weekend coverage as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy
  • Demonstrated proficiency operating True Beam, Varian, and CyberKnife equipment
  • Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) certification required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting (25-32 treatments per day)
  • Commitment to maintaining a supportive and safe environment for patients

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily radiation treatments according to provider orders and established protocols
  • Operate True Beam, Varian, and CyberKnife machines safely and efficiently
  • Accurately interpret and execute treatment plans developed by radiation oncologists and dosimetrists
  • Monitor patients' responses during treatment and promptly report any concerns or side effects
  • Maintain detailed patient records in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, medical physicists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Uphold strict safety guidelines and infection control measures at all times
