• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (or eligibility)
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with advanced systems such as True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife is highly desired
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Your responsibilities:

• Administer precise radiation treatments for a daily patient volume averaging 25-32
• Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and compassionate care
• Maintain detailed records and treatment documentation
• Stay current on advances in radiation therapy practices and safety protocols
• Deliver excellent patient education and address questions or concerns with empathy
