Schedule/Hours:

• Monday–Friday, daytime shifts
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• 40 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Proficiency working with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators
• Familiarity with GE Discovery imaging systems is highly preferred
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workflow, treating 22–24 patients per day
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction
• Current certification and licensure in Radiation Therapy as required

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted radiation treatments with accuracy and compassion in accordance with prescribed plans
• Operate Varian TrueBeam and GE Discovery systems to perform daily patient treatments
• Verify patient identity and treatment parameters to ensure safety at every session
• Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and other clinicians to achieve optimal outcomes
• Provide clear instructions, reassurance, and support to patients throughout each session
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatments and adherence to quality assurance standards
