Radiation Therapist in Berryville, VA

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (5x8-hour shifts)

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Radiation Therapist required
• Active, valid Virginia licensure in Radiation Therapy (must be in hand at time of application)
• Prior experience operating Varian Truebeam/Aria technology highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with oncology teams
• Demonstrated excellence in patient care, safety protocols, and equipment management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments accurately and safely to oncology patients
• Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and physicists
• Set up, calibrate, and operate radiation therapy equipment in accordance with manufacturer and facility protocols
• Perform daily quality assurance checks on machines and treatment areas
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment documentation
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their treatment journey

• Two-stage interview process: first round virtual via Teams, second round in person with travel and stay expenses covered by the facility
