Radiation Therapist - Berryville, VA

Seeking a skilled radiation therapy professional to deliver top-quality patient care in an advanced oncology setting. This contract opportunity requires a highly motivated and experienced individual ready to begin as soon as possible and committed to clinical excellence. The role utilizes state-of-the-art Varian Truebeam/Aria technology in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (5x8-hour shifts)

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Virginia (VA) Radiation Therapist license required
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in Radiation Therapy
• Strong proficiency with Varian Truebeam/Aria systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be available for an immediate start

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise radiation treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
• Operate and maintain sophisticated radiation therapy equipment (Truebeam/Aria)
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication throughout the treatment process
• Collaborate closely with oncology team members during planning and delivery of care
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and training
