Radiation Therapist in Circleville, OH

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• No call or holiday coverage required

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy
• Minimum of 1 year travel experience preferred
• Current ARRT (R)(T) certification; up-to-date state licensure
• BLS certification required
• Associate of Applied Science in Radiation Therapy
• Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically EPIC and ARIA

Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately deliver prescribed radiation treatments according to physician orders and established protocols
• Conduct patient verification and safety checks prior to each session, including identity confirmation, imaging review, and timeouts
• Acquire and evaluate treatment imaging (KV, MV, CBCT) for correct patient positioning and optimal treatment delivery
• Monitor and review treatment plans, actively performing patient chart checks to avoid discrepancies and maintain top-tier accuracy
• Work collaboratively with Radiation Oncologists and the broader multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for each patient
• Provide education and support to patients, helping them understand their treatment and ensuring their comfort throughout the process

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
