Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiation Therapy
• Valid and active licensure as required by the state of Florida
• Previous experience in radiation therapy, ideally in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach
• High attention to detail, organizational abilities, and technical proficiency with radiation therapy equipment

Schedule:

• Full-time, permanent role
• Monday through Friday schedule; no weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately deliver prescribed radiation therapy under the supervision of oncologists
• Review treatment plans, verify machine settings, and perform quality assurance checks before each session
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, side effects, and post-therapy care
• Maintain precise documentation and patient records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and the broader oncology team
