Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification required
• Active or in-process New York State license is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years’ dosimetry experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Expertise with radiation oncology systems including Mosaiq, Elekta, Varian, and TrueBeam preferred
• Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced oncology environment
• Strong documentation, teamwork, and patient care skills
• No new graduates at this time; experienced candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to develop patient-specific radiation treatment plans
• Calculate and verify dose distributions for high precision and safety
• Operate planning systems and ensure all prescribed treatments are carried out according to clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment data
• Communicate effectively with clinical and technical staff throughout the treatment process
