Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, day shifts
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• 40 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Radiation Therapist with current credentials
• Prior experience operating Varian Truebeam and GE Discovery systems
• Strong understanding of radiation therapy protocols and safety procedures
• Ability to manage a high daily patient volume (22-24 patients per day)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise radiation treatments following physician-prescribed plans
• Set up and position patients, ensuring comfort and adherence to safety standards
• Operate Varian Truebeam and GE Discovery machines with accuracy and care
• Document treatment details and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patients for side effects and provide supportive care as needed
• Maintain equipment and adhere to rigorous quality assurance protocols
