Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer radiation therapy treatments according to provider directives and treatment plans
• Operate Elekta equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
• Maintain precise documentation of procedures and patient responses
• Educate patients and families about the treatment process, addressing questions with compassion and clarity
• Collaborate closely with oncologists, dosimetrists, and the medical team to optimize care plans
• Participate in continuous quality assurance initiatives and stay updated on technical best practices

Desired Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program (new graduates welcome; experience preferred)
• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication, patient care, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
