Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiation Therapy, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience operating Elekta equipment highly valued, though training will be provided for new graduates
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven ability to work compassionately and effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation treatments under the guidance of physicians and in accordance with established protocols
• Operate and maintain Elekta treatment equipment, ensuring safe and accurate radiation delivery
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide education, manage anxieties, and answer questions about treatment
• Document procedures, maintain records, and uphold quality control standards
• Operate with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with physicians, medical physicists, and other team members to carry out individualized treatment plans
