Qualifications:

• Certification or eligibility as a Radiation Therapist
• Proficiency or familiarity with Elekta equipment is an advantage
• Training or prior experience in radiation therapy preferred; new graduates will be considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Strong attention to accuracy, safety, and procedural detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments in a safe, compassionate, and precise manner
• Collaborate with oncology physicians and other clinical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Operate and maintain Elekta radiation therapy equipment according to clinical protocols
• Educate patients and families about procedures, answering questions and providing reassurance as needed
• Adhere strictly to safety and infection control standards
• Keep accurate patient records and document treatments in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
