Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent)

- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient oncology setting highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer precise radiation treatments according to physician directives and established protocols
- Prepare and position patients for radiation therapy, ensuring accuracy and comfort
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and efficiently
- Accurately document all procedures, treatment parameters, and patient responses
- Monitor patients for potential side effects or complications, reporting concerns promptly
- Collaborate closely with physicians, medical physicists, and nursing staff to optimize care
