Radiation Therapist | Front Royal, Virginia

A rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced Radiation Therapist with a strong background in delivering high-quality patient care. This contract position involves working with advanced Varian Truebeam/Aria systems to provide essential radiation therapy in a well-equipped facility. Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Five 8-hour shifts per week (5x8s)

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Demonstrated proficiency in radiation therapy techniques
• Experience operating Varian Truebeam/Aria preferred
• Active Virginia Radiation Therapist license required (must be current and in hand at time of application)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Compassionate patient approach and collaborative team attitude

Responsibilities:

• Administer precise radiation treatments in accordance with physician directives and established protocols
• Operate and maintain Varian Truebeam/Aria equipment to ensure accurate delivery of therapy
• Monitor patient responses and document observations clearly and professionally
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care throughout treatment
• Contribute to patient education and support, fostering a caring clinical atmosphere
