Radiation Therapist - Front Royal, VA

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (5x8’s)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Current, active Virginia license (must be obtained prior to start)
• Proficient with Varian TrueBeam/ARIA systems preferred
• Strong communication skills and dedication to collaborative, patient-centered practice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform daily radiation therapy treatments according to prescribed protocols
• Accurately review treatment plans, verify radiation parameters, and ensure precise patient positioning
• Maintain meticulous records and uphold the highest safety standards throughout each treatment session
• Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, physicists, and other care team members
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership, mentoring junior staff as needed
