Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in Radiation Therapy
  • Proficient in operating True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife equipment
  • Active ARRT (T) certification and current state licensure
  • Demonstrated knowledge of radiation safety standards and procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality care

Schedule and Volume:

  • Expect to treat an average daily volume of 25-32 patients

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate radiation therapy treatments following physician orders and established protocols
  • Safely operate and maintain True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife devices
  • Monitor and assess patient reactions during treatment sessions, reporting concerns as needed
  • Collaborate with dosimetrists, physicists, and physicians to optimize patient treatment plans
  • Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide compassionate patient education regarding treatment procedures and ongoing care
  • Participate actively in quality assurance initiatives to uphold high standards of clinical practice
