In this direct hire position, you’ll employ advanced technology—including True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife systems—to deliver precise treatment and exceptional care to a diverse patient population. You’ll collaborate closely with a skilled oncology team, ensuring each individual receives optimal therapy, education, and support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in radiation therapy (new grads welcome to apply)
  • Certification and/or eligibility as a Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT)
  • Familiarity with True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife equipment preferred
  • Solid understanding of radiation safety standards and best practices
  • Strong patient communication and instructional skills
  • Commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and compassionate care

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments with strict attention to protocol
  • Prepare and position patients using the latest technology and established procedures
  • Monitor patients throughout their course of treatment and provide essential education and reassurance
  • Assist in daily operations to ensure optimal department workflow, maintaining treatment schedules with average daily volumes of 25–32 patients
  • Work in collaboration with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and clinical staff
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
