Schedule/Hours:

• Standard daytime shifts with no required overnight rotation

Qualifications:

• Certification in Radiation Therapy required
• ARRT (Radiation Therapy) credential preferred
• At least 2 years' experience preferred, though recent graduates with appropriate training will be considered
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach
• Experience with advanced equipment, including True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife systems, is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Administer accurate radiation therapy treatments aligned with prescribed plans
• Operate and maintain advanced equipment such as True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife
• Safeguard patient comfort, confidentiality, and safety during each procedure
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily treatments and ensure thorough recordkeeping
• Communicate effectively with physicians, dosimetrists, and clinical staff regarding patient care
• Support a caseload of approximately 25-32 patients daily
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families throughout treatment
