Schedule:

• Day shift
• 5x8-Hour (08:00 – 17:00)

Desired Experience & Certifications:

• Valid credentials in Radiation Therapy (AART, CRT)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong background in both routine and specialized radiation therapy procedures
• Effective patient assessment, education, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative, educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiation therapy and simulation procedures in alignment with individualized treatment plans
• Accurately operate and maintain complex radiation therapy equipment, coordinating repairs and documenting readings
• Mentor and guide students or new therapists, supporting skill development and confidence
• Provide thorough explanations to patients and families, helping to ease anxiety and foster trust
• Complete essential clerical tasks: update EHR, schedule appointments, maintain supplies, and ensure accurate documentation
• Prioritize safety, monitoring radiation exposure, and following all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Sustain a clean, orderly clinical environment, routinely verifying and calibrating equipment
