Radiation Therapist - Halethorpe, MD

You'll be working with state-of-the-art equipment including True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife to treat an average of 25-32 patients daily, making a meaningful impact in patient care and outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in radiation therapy preferred, though strong new graduates are welcome
• Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Proficiency in operating True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife systems is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient-centered care
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to continuing education and skill development

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions and protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively
• Accurately document patient treatments and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and dosimetrists to plan and deliver coordinated care
• Provide empathetic support and clear communication to patients and families throughout the treatment process
