- Administering prescribed doses of radiation to patients according to established protocols and safety measures

- Preparing and positioning patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
- Maintaining and operating radiation therapy equipment with strict adherence to safety standards
- Monitoring patient responses throughout the course of treatment and documenting all procedures and outcomes
- Providing patient education and emotional support before, during, and after treatment sessions
- Observing and following all regulatory and facility-specific guidelines related to radiation safety
Desired qualifications:
- Certified and registered as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT certification required)
- Completion of an accredited program in Radiation Therapy
- Strong technical proficiency in radiation therapy equipment and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety and protocol adherence
- Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist is highly preferred
