A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Radiation Therapist specializing in radiation therapy, located in Kenosha, WI. This role offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekends, holiday, or on-call responsibilities, providing a balanced work-life routine.

This position requires a minimum of one year of hands-on experience with Varian True Beam and Aria systems, along with strong skills operating linear accelerators and administering radiation treatments. Candidates must hold current BLS certification and ARRT in Radiation Therapy. Additional proficiency in DIBH and SBRT techniques is preferred but not mandatory. The average patient census ranges from 20 to 45 adults daily, all with cancer-related diagnoses, ensuring a meaningful and impactful clinical environment. Patient ratios are maintained at 2:1 to support quality care and safety.

Responsibilities include delivering precise radiation therapy using advanced equipment, collaborating closely with lead therapists, providers, nursing staff, and leadership within a multidisciplinary department. The role involves no floating assignments and includes up to one week of orientation tailored to your comfort and experience level.

Technology used on-site includes the Aria EMR system to support patient care and documentation. Dress code allows for any solid color scrubs, and free onsite parking is provided for convenience.
