Key Qualifications:

  • Registered or registry-eligible Radiation Therapist
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy; candidates who are newly graduated are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency working with equipment such as True Beam, Varian, and CyberKnife is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality assurance protocols, and compassionate patient care
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer precise radiation treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists
  • Operate and maintain advanced radiotherapy equipment, ensuring proper patient positioning and safety during procedures
  • Accurately perform daily record keeping and documentation in adherence with clinical protocols
  • Collaborate closely with medical physicists, dosimetrists, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Educate and support patients and their families throughout the treatment process, answering questions and explaining procedures
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and stay current with latest treatment techniques
