Key Schedule & Work Details:

• Full-time, direct hire position
• Average daily patient volume: 25 - 32
• Utilize advanced equipment: True Beam, Varian, Cyber Knife

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Radiation Therapist or eligibility to obtain valid certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in radiation therapy preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in operating radiation oncology equipment such as True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife systems
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and patient-centered care best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments to oncology patients as prescribed by physicians
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment documentation
• Work collaboratively with oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient responses and provide clear communication throughout their course of care
