Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time hours with clinic closure days for holidays not counted toward guaranteed hours
Qualifications:
- Current certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT)
- IEMA license required
- Experience working independently in mid-to-large hospital or clinical settings
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle a patient load of 64–68 cases per day across two treatment units
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by oncology specialists
- Operate and maintain linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment
- Monitor patient responses, identify complications, and communicate findings to the care team
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatments, dosages, and observations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards in radiation therapy
- Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the treatment process
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
