Step into a vital role in a dynamic oncology clinic, providing specialized care for patients undergoing radiation therapy. You will utilize your expertise in a fast-paced environment, supporting a center equipped with two advanced treatment units and serving a diverse patient population. Ideal candidates excel under pressure and are comfortable managing high patient volumes while maintaining compassionate, precise care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time hours with clinic closure days for holidays not counted toward guaranteed hours

Qualifications:

  • Current certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT)
  • IEMA license required
  • Experience working independently in mid-to-large hospital or clinical settings
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle a patient load of 64–68 cases per day across two treatment units
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by oncology specialists
  • Operate and maintain linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment
  • Monitor patient responses, identify complications, and communicate findings to the care team
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient treatments, dosages, and observations
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards in radiation therapy
  • Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the treatment process
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
