Qualifications

• Active certification in Radiation Therapy through ARRT
• Valid IEMA credentialing
• Demonstrated experience in mid- to large-sized hospital or cancer center environments
• Ability to work independently, showing strong organizational and multitasking skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician directives and established protocols
• Operate and maintain advanced linear accelerators and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Assess patients prior to, during, and after therapy sessions, reporting any clinical concerns appropriately
• Accurately document all treatments, maintain detailed records, and participate in quality assurance processes
• Collaborate effectively with medical, nursing, and technical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere strictly to regulatory standards, safety policies, and infection control protocols
