Desired qualifications:
- Current certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT or equivalent)
- State licensure as required
- Experience operating linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment

- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and nurses

Key responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate radiation treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
- Review and interpret physician’s orders to determine exact treatment site and dosages
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain protocols, and answer questions to ensure comfort
- Calibrate and operate radiation equipment according to safety guidelines
- Monitor patient responses and report any side effects or concerns to the clinical team
- Maintain precise documentation of patient sessions and treatment outcomes
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient-centered care
- Uphold all regulatory requirements, safety procedures, and infection control standards
