Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience working as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical setting
• In-depth knowledge of treatment planning, patient positioning, and radiation safety
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following established protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation treatments following physician orders and established protocols
• Accurately position patients and operate specialized equipment during therapy sessions
• Monitor patients throughout each session for signs of adverse reactions and provide appropriate support
• Document treatment details and patient progress in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and dosimetrists to support individualized care plans
• Perform regular quality control checks and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
