Radiation Therapist | Oak Lawn, Illinois

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• No weekend shifts required
• No on-call obligations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate radiation therapy treatments using a Varian Trilogy linear accelerator
• Collaborate with other radiation therapists and oncology team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Document procedures and patient progress using ARIA and Epic EMR systems
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients undergoing radiation therapy

Qualifications:

• Licensed by the State of Illinois (IEMA) as a Radiation Therapist
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), holding the R.T.(R)(ARRT) credential
• Demonstrable experience with Varian linear accelerators, specifically the Trilogy model
• Skilled in using ARIA software and Epic EMR
• Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit day shift team
• Strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable wearing grey scrubs as part of standard attire
