Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation treatments using advanced imaging and radiation equipment
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and nurses to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patients throughout treatment to ensure safety and comfort, adapting techniques as necessary
• Maintain precise, up-to-date records of patient treatments, equipment usage, and safety checks
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about the radiation therapy process
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Valid certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in radiation therapy, preferably within an oncology setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with an empathetic approach to patient care
• Solid technical knowledge of linear accelerators, CT simulators, and dosimetry systems
