Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT)
• Demonstrated experience in radiation therapy for diverse patient populations
• Proficiency with contemporary radiation therapy equipment and treatment planning systems
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with physicians, patients, and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer radiation treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols and physician orders
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and adherence to treatment plans
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely
• Collaborate with physicians and medical physicists to verify and optimize treatment plans
• Maintain detailed patient treatment records and ensure compliance with all documentation standards
• Educate patients about treatment processes and provide emotional support throughout care
• Adhere to all infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
