Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in Radiation Therapy
• Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiation Therapy
• Valid Arizona State CTT Radiation Therapist license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience with Varian 21iX Linac Accelerator and Pinnacle treatment planning software preferred
• Proficiency using Mosaiq and Allscripts electronic medical record systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer accurate, high-quality radiation treatments as ordered by radiation oncologists
• Verify and execute treatment plans utilizing advanced treatment planning software and linear accelerator equipment
• Rigorously follow safety protocols to protect patients, coworkers, and self
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and proper alignment
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic documentation of all procedures within Mosaiq and Allscripts
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and other departmental improvement initiatives
