• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety checks
• Educate and support patients throughout treatment, providing clear explanations and reassurance
• Document all treatments, patient responses, and observations in line with facility protocols
• Collaborate closely with dosimetrists, physicists, and oncologists to ensure optimal care
• Monitor patient progress and promptly report any clinical changes
