Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Radiation Therapy required, or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Active Radiation Therapist state license required
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of continuous, hands-on clinical experience in Radiation Therapy
- Proficient in using Radiation Oncology Information Systems and software (such as ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, Eclipse)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
- Strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to resolve issues with independent judgment
