Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments with precision, following oncologist directives
• Verify patient identification, set-up, and correct positioning for each session
• Operate radiation equipment and monitor treatment responses, adjusting as necessary under physician supervision
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and treatment logs
• Educate patients and families about procedures, anticipated outcomes, and side effects
• Adhere to departmental and safety protocols for equipment operation and radiation safety
• Collaborate with medical physicists, dosimetrists, and nurses to optimize patient outcomes and workflow
