Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
• Valid state licensure (PA) or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, current and active
• Previous clinical experience in radiation therapy, preferably in multiple settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and technology

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients, ensuring safe, precise delivery
• Collaborate closely with oncologists, physicists, and dosimetrists to interpret and execute treatment plans
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, troubleshooting as needed
• Monitor patient responses and document all procedures accurately
• Provide compassionate care, informed education, and emotional support throughout the treatment process
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards
