Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
• Previous clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team

Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed radiation treatments to oncology patients
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and medical physicists for safe delivery of therapy
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the treatment process
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records per department protocols
• Monitor patient comfort, address side effects, and escalate issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and infection control standards
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives
