Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (or eligibility)
• Active state licensure in Radiation Therapy or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in operating True-Beam Varian equipment a plus
• Excellent communication, patient care, and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and following all treatment protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists
• Operate and maintain True-Beam Varian linear accelerator safely and efficiently
• Accurately document treatment sessions, patient responses, and any changes in condition
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the treatment process
• Collaborate with the wider oncology care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality assurance requirements
