Key qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• State and national certification (ARRT) as a Radiation Therapist or eligibility
• At least 2 years' clinical experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered
• Familiarity with True-Beam Varian equipment is a strong advantage
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and deliver prescribed radiation treatments
• Operate modern therapy equipment, ensuring strict adherence to protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, physicists, and oncology nurses
• Monitor patient responses and provide necessary support or adjustments during treatment
