Qualifications:

• Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT certified or eligible)
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong training also encouraged to apply
• Proficient with True-Beam Varian or similar linear accelerators is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Current BLS certification

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Daytime hours

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician directives
• Operate and maintain True-Beam Varian equipment with a focus on precision and safety
• Accurately document procedures and patient records
• Educate patients and families about treatment processes and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with oncologists, physicists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain strict safety protocols and quality assurance measures
