Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred, however, new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Current credentials as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT required)
• Proficiency with True-Beam Varian equipment strongly desired
• Comprehensive understanding of radiation therapy techniques, treatment planning, and safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interaction
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation for all procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed courses of radiation therapy to patients as directed by oncologists
• Operate True-Beam Varian and other advanced radiotherapy equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor patient reactions during treatment and report changes to the medical team
• Maintain accurate daily records and update electronic medical charts
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulations regarding radiation safety and infection control
• Provide support and clear explanations to patients and families about treatment procedures
