Key Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program required
• Current ARRT certification (or eligibility) in Radiation Therapy
• At least 2 years of professional experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq systems is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, physicists, and other clinical staff

Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed radiation treatments following established protocols and safety standards
• Operate Elekta and Versa HD linear accelerators and utilize Mosaiq for patient documentation
• Monitor and assess patient responses, ensuring comfort and safety throughout each session
• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and expectations
• Work efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Compensation and Benefits: The role offers competitive annual compensation, ranging from $120,000 to $145,000 depending on experience and certifications.
