Radiation Therapist in Desert Hot Springs, CA

As a skilled radiation therapist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting oncology patients and ensuring the safe and effective administration of radiation treatments. This full-time opportunity involves working with advanced systems including Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq, providing excellent hands-on experience and growth opportunities. Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure/certification as a Radiation Therapist
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience preferred; new graduates will also be considered
• Proficiency or familiarity with Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq preferred
• Excellent attention to safety protocols and patient comfort
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with oncology staff and physicians

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments, monitoring patient response and comfort throughout
• Accurately document and maintain treatment records within Mosaiq EMR
• Collaborate closely with the oncology care team to execute prescribed treatment plans
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and ethical standards in radiation care
• Offer compassionate support and clear instructions to patients and families before, during, and after treatments
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and continuing education efforts

Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary between $120,000 and $145,000, commensurate with experience and certifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
