Radiation Therapist - Duluth, GA

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by medical professionals
• Operate and monitor advanced radiation equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Review treatment plans and verify dosages in accordance with physician orders
• Perform quality checks on equipment, reporting any concerns promptly
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, documenting treatments and outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and address any questions or concerns
• Adhere to established safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Previous clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide empathetic patient care
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team
• Detail-oriented with excellent technical and problem-solving abilities
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure if required
